Location: Frankfurt region, GermanySector: Mission-Critical / Data CentresType: Full-time | PermanentStart Date: Q1 2026A leading international contractor is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of a data centre project in Germany, from groundworks through to steel frame erection and final handover. This is a pivotal role on a high-spec, fast-track build requiring strong technical knowledge and site leadership across all phases.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all on-site activities from enabling works and civils through to steel structure, fit-out, and commissioningCoordinate subcontractors, logistics, and sequencing to maintain programme and quality standardsEnsure full compliance with health & safety, environmental, and QA/QC proceduresLiaise with design, engineering, and client teams to resolve technical issues and drive progressMaintain site records, reporting, and daily briefingsLead site teams with a focus on safety, quality, and delivery excellenceRequirementsProven experience managing full project lifecycle on large-scale industrial or commercial buildsStrong background in groundworks, steel structures, and fast-track construction environmentsExcellent leadership, coordination, and communication skillsSMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (or equivalent)EU work eligibility or right to work in GermanyGerman language skills beneficial but not essentialWhat’s OfferedCompetitive salary and package (including accommodation / travel support)Opportunity to deliver a flagship European data centre projectCareer progression within a Tier 1 contractorCollaborative, high-performance team culture
