Bauleiter, Nationwide Travel - GermanyThe Resolute Group are working with an international construction, engineering, and architecture office based in Dusseldorf, who work across building construction. Specifically involved in residential, commercial, and industrial projects.Location: Dusseldorf (HQ) + Nationwide Travel (Germany)Salary: €60,000 - €75,000 + accommodation / company car + fuel cardJob Description:The Resolute Group are glad to represent an expanding international company, who are looking for an experienced Site Manager / Bauleiter.Future advancement opportunities available, including promotion to project leadership roles.This company was has multiple offices across Europe, and over 500 employees spread across this region. With expertise across design and build projects, you will be joining an ambitious and hardworking team, who prioritise a quality driven approach.For this role, you will be required to travel nationwide throughout Germany. Thus, you must be comfortable and flexible for consistent travel to be on site.Day-to-day duties will vary but could include:Competent oversight of all disciplines involved in complete building constructionFocused management of quality, safety, timelines, and budgetingSkilled preparation and execution of subcontractor tenders and contract awardsIndependent handling of billing for construction activitiesVerification of invoices and on-site measurementsCompilation and maintenance of project records and reportsClient-focused assistance throughout the defect liability phaseQualifications & Experience Required:Education: Civil Engineering or Architecture completed studiesAt least 3 years of professional experience as a site manager, or 5 years experience as a foreman / polierExperience with industrial and commercial hochbau projects, ideally large scaleStrong knowledge of the VOB regulationsGerman (C1+) required, English (B1+) requiredWillingness to travel across Germany consistentlyPLEASE NOTE:German is a must for this role.
