We’re looking for a skilled Earthworks Site Project Manager to join Budimex and the Rail Baltic project in Estonia — a transformative development connecting the Baltic States with the rest of Europe.This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-impact project delivered in an Alliance model, where collaboration, transparency, and shared success are key.Your Mission as a Site Project Manager, you will be responsible for:Leading the design and coordination of technical solutions with designers, clients, and internal teams.Ensuring project delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with HSE standards.Minimizing environmental and social impact, especially near protected Natura 2000 areas.Managing subcontractors and service providers, ensuring quality and performance.Overseeing documentation and reporting using Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.Taking ownership of budgeting and cost control within assigned work packages.What You BringEducation: Degree in Civil Engineering.Certification: Valid authorization to manage large-scale construction works.Experience: Proven track record in large-scale earthworks and infrastructure projects.Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD, MS Office, and familiarity with CDE platforms.
