Site Reliability Engineer

This isn't just about keeping the lights on – it's about building and maintaining systems that scale seamlessly and recover automatically.What You’ll DoBuild and maintain monitoring, logging, and tracing pipelines across microservices.Define and measure SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets for critical services.Create dashboards and alerts that provide actionable visibility into system health.Automate operational tasks and improve deployment reliability through GitOps and IaC.Partner with developers to instrument applications and improve performance insights.Contribute to continuous improvement of observability standards and reliability practices.What You BringHands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications.Strong understanding of monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, Dynatrace, or similar).Practical knowledge of SRE principles — SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, automation.Scripting skills (Python, Bash, Go, or equivalent).Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Helm, Ansible, etc.).Good grasp of distributed systems, networking, and performance metrics.Nice to HaveExposure to AWS services such as EKS, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, DocumentDB, Redis, or MSK.Familiarity with GitOps workflows (ArgoCD, FluxCD) and CI/CD automation.Experience working with DevOps or cloud platform teams in high-availability environments.
