Together, we shape the evolution.The OpportunityThe Application Manager's main function is to ensure the quality and availability of the services in compliance with the constraints defined with the client. Her/His domain of intervention is the set of applications for which she/he is responsible. As such, she/he is the key contact for any activity in her/his domain, being in permanent contact with other stakeholders:customer managers, project teams, integrators and other technical experts.She/He has the advantage of a large autonomy in her/his work, which does not prevent her/him from regularly informing her/his hierarchy especially in case of significant incidents, conflicts of priority or any other difficulty.She/He is permanently responsible for the quality of service of her/his domain.Day-to-Day Responsibilities Considering customer requirements, validate functional specifications and technical architectures with development teams and technical expertsOversee the implementation of the servicesParticipate in the development of the offers and services by providing recommendations on new functionalities or whether to upgrade to a different system or not Manage incidents and changes with the business and production teams in due timeImplement and monitor corrective actionsProvide follow-up and customer support in relation with the customer managerManage the follow-up of the releasesTo be a functional and technical expert in her/his domain of activitiesDefine procedures to optimize RUN processes in collaboration with business teams: Dashboard Splunk / Service Level Agreement (SLA) / ReportingDevelop the necessary tools to monitor the serviceEnsure PCI and 3D Secure compliance Regular on-call duty at night and on weekends, outside opening hoursWho Are We Looking ForWe look for big thinkers.
