With multiple large-scale developments underway across Southern Ontario, we are building a top-tier leadership team to scale delivery and uphold our reputation for excellence.As Site Supervisor, you will be the key person on-site responsible for managing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring timelines are met, safety standards are upheld, and subcontractors are performing efficiently. You’ll coordinate with project managers, trades, and inspectors while maintaining a clean, safe, and productive job site. This is a vital position as we scale up our project delivery capacity across Ontario. This role is expected to be on-site (across the GTA & Southern Ontario) five days a week with some weekend and evening work on an ad-hoc basis.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate site operations including subcontractors, suppliers, and tradesEnsure project milestones are met on time and according to scopeMaintain a safe, clean, and organized construction site in compliance with OHSAInterpret and work from architectural, structural, and MEP drawingsSchedule and inspect work for quality control and compliance with specificationsReport daily progress to the Project Manager and flag any issues proactivelyCoordinate material deliveries, equipment, and site logisticsConduct site meetings and safety briefings; maintain site logs and checklistsEnsure all permits, inspections, and municipal requirements are met during constructionSupport project closeout including deficiency resolution and final inspectionsQualifications5+ years of site supervision experience in residential or ICI construction in CanadaHands-on experience managing trades and daily site logisticsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and construction documentsKnowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and standard construction practicesStrong organizational and leadership skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesMust have own reliable truck or SUV and basic tools for hands-on workWorking knowledge of Procore, Buildertrend, or similar software is an assetValid Ontario driver’s license and reliable transportationWhy Join Us?High-growth company with exciting large-scale projectsWork closely with leadership and grow with the companyAutonomy and trust to run your site effectivelyCompetitive compensation, vehicle allowance, and bonus potentialSupportive and entrepreneurial team cultureHow to ApplySend your resume and any relevant project photos or references to hello@bathurstdesignbuild.com.
