Site Supervisor

Job Summary:The Site Supervisor oversees daily operations at construction sites to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role involves coordinating workers, subcontractors, and materials, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage on-site construction activities Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesCoordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and inspectionsMonitor project progress and report updates to managementResolve site issues and adjust schedules as neededMaintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Conduct site walkthroughs and quality checksQualifications:Proven experience as a site supervisor or foreman in constructionStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standardsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and site plansAbility to use laser and/ or Sitech softwareExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsProficiency with project management tools and reportingValid driver’s license and reliable transportationPreferred Skills: OSHA 10 certification Experience with commercial or civil projects Familiarity with scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Procore)Powered by JazzHRVtJvNKhncG
