Site Supervisor | Medium density/Townhouses | Western Suburbs | Leading BuilderOut ClientOur client is a multi-state, award-winning domestic builder who delivers beautiful, detached homes and townhouses for their clients.Backed by streamlined systems & processes managed by a team of best-in-class construction professionals they have become one of Australia's most awarded builders.About the RoleDue to expansion on the back of strong sales and a secure pipeline of projects due for site my client is looking to add an experienced domestic site supervisor with expertise with exposure to medium density/townhouse construction to join their team to deliver projects in Melbourne’s Western Suburbs.Your Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of townhouse projects in Melbourne's Western Suburbs, ensuring they are built to the highest quality, on time, and within budget.Supervise trades on-site, ensuring safety standards are adhered to.Manage an existing skilled trade base and and introduce quality trades to deliver quality projects.Oversee construction planning, reporting and paperwork to ensure projects are kept on track.Experience to be successful in the role:Ideally experience supervising medium-density/townhouse builds (2+ years minimum), superstar detached domestic housing supervisors looking a move into medium-density/townhouse will also be considered.A current driver’s license (essential).A trade background (highly regarded but not required).Professional communication skills that help you build rapport across all levels of the business.Exceptional planning, organizational, and time management abilities.Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans.Basic computer skills and familiarity with operating systems and software.What they offer:Secure long-term employment.Competitive salary package (based on experience).Opportunity to work for a leading multi state builder.Professional development and career growth opportunities.A supportive, team-oriented work environment.
