Site Supervisor

Job OverviewThe Site Supervisor ensures efficient and effective execution of the on-site project scope, in line with the company's QSHE standards and project management methodology.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure safe site execution in line with QSHE standards and local regulations.Prepare and coordinate site activities, including mobilization of labor and equipment.Supervise subcontractors and assembly teams to ensure quality and schedule compliance.Monitor project progress, identify risks or deviations, and escalate when needed.Manage site administration, cost follow-up, reporting, permits, and documentation.Key RequirementsExperience in on-site supervision within industrial or construction projects.Strong knowledge of safety standards and site compliance practices.Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple stakeholders.Good understanding of project planning, budgeting, and cost control.Strong organizational skills with clear communication and reporting abilities.Compensation: €60–70K gross per year (depending on experience), company car, fuel card, net allowances, travel allowances, phone and subscription, meal vouchers, group- and hospitality insurance, CAO 90 Bonus, laptop.
