The site supervisor will oversee daily operations, coordinate with fixers and main contractors, ensure safety compliance, and uphold project timelines.QualificationsSSSTS (needed) CSCS Gold (preferred)IT LiterateProven skills in project supervision, team coordination, and on-site management.Knowledge of interior fitting, construction processes, and safety regulationsAbility to manage timelines and ensure project completion on scheduleStrong communication and interpersonal abilities for liaising effectively with clients and team membersProblem-solving skills and attention to detailValid driver's license and willingness to travel within the regionExperience in a similar role or the interior construction industry is highly desirableHealth and Safety certifications or relevant qualifications are a plus
