Site Technician / Foreman

OHLA Sverige is strengthening our delivery team for one of Sweden’s most ambitious infrastructure projects: the construction of seven new stations on the Blue Line extension in Stockholm. As part of a high-performing international organization, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution on site.Your RoleAs a Site Technician / Foreman, you will be responsible for the daily coordination and supervision of works within your assigned area. You will ensure that production follows design, schedule, and safety requirements, while supporting effective communication between design, planning, procurement, and subcontractors.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and supervise on-site activities within architectural, structural, or MEP worksMonitor progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications and safety regulationsSupport site documentation, inspections, and reportingEnsure alignment with daily/weekly planning and interface with multiple contractorsContribute to problem-solving and technical clarifications arising from design or site conditionQualifications5+ years’ experience in site-based construction roles (preferably in complex building or infrastructure projects)Strong practical understanding of drawings, methods, and sequencing of workAbility to manage teams and maintain safe and efficient site operationsExperience in similar projects or knowledge of Swedish regulations is an advantageProactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a structured work approachWhy Join Us?Work on one of Sweden’s flagship urban infrastructure projectsBe part of an experienced, collaborative, and multicultural project teamProfessional development opportunities within a high-level construction environmentCompetitive package based on experienceIf you are a motivated professional who enjoys being close to production and driving work forward, we would be happy to hear from you.
