Artists can send their original works by post or email digital images for printing, framing, and exhibition. Additionally, there is an opportunity to join the international Artsy online gallery for global exposure or bring your art in person for an exhibit at CAG. CAG offers an inclusive platform for showcasing diverse artwork, making it accessible to a wide range of artists. Role Description This is a temporary on-site intern role located in Stockholm. Start date is as soon as possible, until november 30 and maybe more. The Sitting Intern at Charity Art Gallery will be responsible for assisting with welcoming visitors, answering queries, and providing information about the exhibits. The intern will mostly sit in the gallery that people visit once or twice a day. Qualifications Be able to stay busy on the computer while sitting in the gallery weekdays from 10.00 to 14.30AdvantagesGain hands-on experience in a real gallery setting, learning how exhibitions, events, and daily operations are managed.Build a strong professional network by connecting with artists, curators, collectors, and partners from Sweden and abroad.Strengthen your portfolio with practical skills in sales, customer interaction, and event coordination.Learn how to curate, promote, and sell art both in person and online, including social media and marketplace strategies.Receive mentorship and insider knowledge from Alex Colard / active gallery director with proven international experience.
