As they continue expanding into new markets and launching new brands, they’re looking for a Digital Insights and Reporting Analyst to help drive smarter digital decisions and shape the customer experience strategy.

The RoleAs a Digital Insights and reporting Analyst, you will bridge the gap between data and strategy, empowering the business with actionable insights and guiding the development of digital products that enhance customer experience. You’ll be responsible for delivering actionable insights across the business while owning the development roadmap for ongoing website enhancements. From performance dashboards to customer engagement metrics and product optimisation, you’ll work closely with the trading, marketing and development teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

 Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse data from multiple sources to uncover insights, risks and growth opportunitiesBuild and maintain self-serve dashboards and performance reportingLead the lifecycle of website feature development, from discovery and testing through to launchCollaborate with the dev team to continuously optimise UX, performance and site functionalityCreate structured processes for identifying trends and informing business decisionsCoach internal teams to incorporate data insights into strategy and day-to-day actionsSupport loyalty performance, campaign analysis, planning and forecastingWhat you will bring3+ years in an analytics or insights role, ideally within retail or eCommerceProficiency in SQL, Google Analytics, Big Query, Data Studio, Excel, and BI/reporting toolsExperience working with product or web analytics and cross-functional teamsStrong communication skills, able to distil technical insights into clear, commercial actionsHighly organised, proactive, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced, high-growth environmentA passion for consumer behaviour, digital performance, and continuous improvementWhy You’ll Love ItJoin a fast-moving, high-impact digital team with big plans for growthInfluence customer strategy and product development in a brand-led businessWork across trading, marketing and development functions in a visible roleEnjoy work-life balance with 8am–4pm hours and WFH FridaysBe part of a culture that values innovation, creativity, and agilityApply NowClick APPLY or send your CV to Nicole Cooke at nicolec@sde.
