Supply and Demand Planning Manager

Operating across residential and commercial markets, they provide a high-performing and collaborative environment where supply chain professionals can thrive.   As the Supply & Demand Planning Manager, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end planning process—balancing customer demand with supply while optimising inventory and service levels. You’ll lead a small but capable team, drive S&OP rhythms, and be the glue between Sales, Production, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure alignment and delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on process improvement, has a passion for data-led decisions, and enjoys developing teams to perform at their best.

Lead the S&OP process, aligning demand, supply, and inventory across departmentsOversee demand forecasting cycles and ensure alignment with sales insightsTrack key metrics including forecast accuracy, DIFOT, and inventory healthManage supply planning to ensure continuity for key customer accountsLead the Customer Fulfilment function – owning planning accuracy and issue resolutionIdentify and escalate risks related to stock availability or supply disruptionsCollaborate cross-functionally with Production, Procurement, and Logistics teamsChampion planning systems development and reporting improvementsCoach, develop, and inspire your team – including a Demand Planner and a Fulfilment Team LeadContinuously identify areas for process improvement and planning efficiencyWhat You Bring:

Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related disciplineAdvanced Excel skills; experienced across Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong analytical mindset with attention to accuracy and detailExcellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilityProven leadership experience – able to coach, motivate, and uplift team performanceExperience in demand and/or supply planning and customer fulfilmentA continuous improvement mindset and the confidence to challenge the status quo  What’s on Offer:
