Job IntroductionYou will be responsible for managing a sales territory in collaboration with a sales representative. You will also handle all supporting and administrative tasks related to sales and the implementation of financial information systems for clients.   What You Will Do •   Manage a customer sales territory in collaboration with Sales and Account Managers for all sales activities related to financial services products in the Western Switzerland region. •   Respond to all customer inquiries regarding products, functionalities, data, pricing, exchange permissions, and complaints.
•   Create and process customer contracts in the financial customer information system•   Initiate invoicing and monitor dunning and accruals•   Responsible for product and data entitlements, as well as planning, coordinating, and monitoring customer and sales projects  What You Bring •   Commercial education•   Work experience in a similar environment in middle or backoffice of at least 3 years•   Strong flair for figures, customer-oriented, working accurately, well organized and proactive mindset•   Very good oral and written knowledge of English, French and German (C1)
