The Logistics Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the supply chain process, booking containers with logistics partners , keep close contact with suppliers and clients about orders executions and ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment. This position requires maintaining strong communication with customers and suppliers, troubleshooting logistical issues, and optimizing the flow of goods.
Daily tasks will include tracking shipments, managing contracts between suppliers and clients and collaborating with various departments to improve logistics processes, data input into ERP system. QualificationsSkills Required: Proficiency in data entry and relevant software (Excel, ERP systems). Excellent Communication in English and Customer Service skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy. Organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and handle repetitive tasks with strong team member attitude Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices.
