About The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our construction team in Israel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality standards, managing site operations, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day site operations to ensure timely project execution. Interpret and implement construction drawings, designs, and specifications. Monitor progress and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth operations. Manage resources including manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during construction. RequirementsBachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 3-5 years experience in construction site management. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
