About The RoleWe are looking for a proactive Site Supervisor to oversee and manage on-site construction activities. The role requires hands-on supervision of the workforce, ensuring health & safety compliance, and delivering projects within timelines. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate construction workers and subcontractors. Ensure all site activities are carried out according to safety regulations. Monitor site progress and report updates to the Site Engineer / Project Manager. Check quality of work and ensure compliance with project specifications. Maintain site records including attendance, work logs, and materials usage. Assist in resolving site-related issues to avoid project delays.
Support the implementation of site safety policies and procedures. RequirementsDiploma / Certification in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field. Minimum 2-4 years experience in site supervision. Strong understanding of construction processes and safety standards. Ability to lead and motivate site workers.
