Your tasks in the net zero journey:
Fulfil production revenue planEnsure that products are manufactured according to COGS targetsContinuously optimise production efficiency by optimising the organisational production flow and also overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)Be a supervisor for the production management (shop-floor teams), maintenance, production planning and supports others when neededIncrease production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimising unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standardsAllocate resources effectively and fully utilise assets to produce optimal resultsBe responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shippingImplement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focusShare a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staffInfluence and learn from belowStay up to date with latest production management best practices and conceptsBuilding excellent collaboration with other teams and units and across cross-functional teamsMake sure individual competences and skills in the team are at a very high level, as needed for successful executionRequirementsMinimum 3 years of Production / Manufacturing management experienceKnowledge of operation management in a 3 shift operationBackground in the electronics, automotive industry or automatic high production volume linesLEAN management experience is considered an advantageExcellent written and verbal English skills & at least B2-C1 level of GermanA hands-on mentality with excellent communications skillsYou are a thorough and independent worker who can easily translate your line of thoughts to instructionsA low hierarchical approach to management & focus on team-driven resultsBenefitsWe offer flexible working hours and sufficient freedom for your own ideasA flat hierarchy culture - fostering our great working atmosphereUse the training budget to expand your knowledge and competenciesHelpfulness among colleagues is not just an empty phrase but a practice everydayA motivating opportunity for continuous growth at Skeleton.
