Some of the activities you can be involved in include day trips, cooking, arts & crafts, science, sports and so much more!Job DescriptionAbout the Role: Supervise and assist children in programme activities.

Ensure that the working environment is kept clean, tidy, hygienic and safe for all children, staff, parents and visitors to the programme at all times. Assist the Programme Manager as required to run the daily format as scheduled as per duties outlined on the task list. Report back to the Programme Manager with any concerns regarding a child or behaviour issues etc. Hours of workSuccessful candidates will be required to work around the sites mentioned below. To ensure flexibility and ease of travel between locations, having access to a reliable vehicle is essential.

As a Casual Programme Assistant, you will be schedule to work on a need on need basis. Only on Monday - Friday between the before & afterschool schedule. Majority of your shift if you have been rostered to work is during the after school shift. After school schedule: From/ Between 2. 30pm - 6pmHoliday programmes hours may be available Location of work: You will likely be rostered across various sites within the Christchurch region. This flexibility will provide you with the opportunity to work more hours. Successful/ Preferred candidates needs to have access to a vehicle & a full/ Restricted Driver's license.
