Skilled Social Media Marketing / Performance Ads Expert

We run multiple eCommerce brands in the US and Pakistan, and we’re looking for a Social Media Marketing / Performance Ads Expert who can plan, manage, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Facebook/Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.If you have proven experience in running profitable ad campaigns and love optimizing for performance we’d love to work with you!Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid channels.Conduct audience and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities.Create and test ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to maximize CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.Monitor and manage campaign budgets and KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc.).Provide data-driven insights and weekly performance reports.Collaborate with our creative and eCommerce teams to align campaigns with brand goals.RequirementsProven track record of managing profitable ad campaigns (especially for eCommerce).Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.Solid understanding of pixel setup, tracking, and analytics.Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking tools is a plus.LocationOnsite (Satellite Town Commercial Market Rawalpindi)What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience.Work with leading international eCommerce brands.Fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Performance-based bonuses and long-term opportunities.
