Job Description

Skin + Me is a mission driven start-up with seriously big skin goals. We're looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to join our Retail Team at Skin + Me. This is a hybrid working role with three days a week in our Paddington HQ (Mon, Tue, Fri) and two days remote. Occasional national travel will be required to visit our retailers. What you'll do:

Plan, manage and execute the annual trade marketing plans in line with the Skin + Me retail strategy and brand values in collaboration with the retail and marketing teamsLead the execution of multi-channel trade marketing initiatives, including in-store activations, digital marketing campaigns, sampling strategies and retailer eventing calendarEnsure best-in-class digital merchandising and content management across partner websites. Write clear briefs for our internal creative and copy teams to produce compelling content and assets. Implement all creative and copy assets to support new product launches with digital campaigns, emails, and bannersDevelop retailer eventing strategy to drive brand awareness and achieve KPIs.

Implement all associated activities and initiativesOwn end to end all Skin + Me retailer VM in-store executions, both permanent and promotional, with confident ability to project manage and achieve buy-in from both internal and external stakeholdersTake accountability for the UK Retail Trade Calendar. Be the conduit between retailers and the business with the ability to build relationshipsManage and maintain trade marketing budgetsEstablish KPIs, analyse results and develop strategies to maximise ROI on all trade marketing tacticsWho you are: These are the skills we're looking for.
