Job Title: Skin Care Brand TrainerLocation: Masaki, Dar es Salaam, TanzaniaDepartment: Aesthetic Distribution Team---About the Role:We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Skin Care Brand Trainer to join our Aesthetic Distribution Team in Dar es Salaam. This role is primarily in-person, focused on training professionals and clients on a particular skincare Brand, techniques, and brand standards.The ideal candidate should also be confident on camera, as you’ll occasionally feature in brand videos and social media content to help represent and promote the brand online.---Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-person product and brand training sessions for clients, aestheticians, and sales teams.Provide hands-on demonstrations and ensure proper understanding of product protocols.Occasionally appear on camera for product tutorials, promotional videos, and social media content.Represent the brand professionally during workshops, training events, and brand activations.Collaborate with the marketing team to support educational and promotional initiatives.Stay updated with skincare innovations and maintain accurate training materials.---Requirements:Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skincare products, and treatment procedures.Nurse or Somatology certification (mandatory).Previous experience as a Brand Trainer for a professional skincare brand.Minimum of 5 years of experience in the skincare or aesthetics industry.Confident and comfortable appearing on camera for short videos or tutorials.Excellent communication, teaching, and presentation skills.Passionate about skincare education and professional development.---What We Offer:Comprehensive brand training and ongoing professional support.A chance to represent a leading professional skincare brand in Tanzania.A collaborative and inspiring work environment in Masaki.The package we can offer is USD 1,300, along with additional commission.
