In this role, you’ll support the growth of our mortgage business across both direct and broker channels in the UK and Jersey. Key AccountabilitiesMortgage SalesEngage with new and existing mortgage customers and brokers to build and maintain strong relationshipsComplete Approval in Principle calculations and prepare mortgage applications for submissionRepresent and promote the Skipton brand positively in all customer and public interactionsSupport project work alongside the Senior Mortgage Sales Manager and Assistant Business Development ManagerCustomer StrategyChampion excellent customer and broker experiences, ensuring fair and appropriate outcomesDeliver outstanding service to all stakeholdersRequirementsEssentialQualification: CeMAP qualification is requiredSkills: Strong verbal and written communication skillsConfident and professional telephone mannerAbility to work independently and manage external relationships effectivelyExperience: Previous customer-facing experience. Ability to interpret and communicate complex or sensitive informationKnowledge: Understanding of financial services regulation and anti-money laundering obligationsFamiliarity with property markets and conveyancing processes in Jersey, Guernsey, and the UK.
