What you will be doing: The Semi-Senior Process Improvement Engineer is expected to lead and manage mid-levelimprovement projects with measurable impact on process efficiency, quality, and cost.
They willcollaborate with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and design optimized workflows using Lean Six Sigma tools. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to analyze trends, identify root causes, and propose sustainable solutions. The Semi-Senior Engineer also acts as a mentor to junior team members and serves as a bridge between strategy and execution within the process improvement team. Job Description: 路 Conduct end-to-end process assessments and root cause analysis. 路 Use Lean/Six Sigma tools (e. g. , 5 Whys, Value Stream Mapping, Fishbone) to drive improvements. 路 Develop To-Be process flows and recommend optimized solutions.
路 Track KPIs to measure project success and identify recurring inefficiencies. 路 Coordinate with departments to implement changes and ensure compliance. 路 Provide coaching to junior engineers and act as the deputy project lead when required. Authorities: 路 Initiate process improvement projects and propose corrective/preventive actions. 路 Communicate directly with stakeholders to validate and implement improvements. 路 Access performance dashboards, systems, and reports for decision-making. Education: Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Industrial Engineering and/or Engineering Management from a reputable universitySkills & Experience: 路 Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Process Mapping & Continuous Improvement.
路 Green Belt Six Sigma Certification is a plus 路 Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal (Arabic is an added advantage). 路 Goal-oriented and organized team player with good leadership and analytical skills. 路 Ability to multitask, set priorities, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines. 路 Ability to present Data for faster Decision Making. 路 Ability to negotiate and convince process owners of the new changes.
