Mō te Tūranga | About the RoleResponsibilitiesWe are a highly-regulated and compliant business with a focus on providing exceptional service to our VIP patrons. As an Analyst in the team, you'll manage the on-boarding and upgrade processes of these esteemed customers, conducting checks and screening under our compliance framework. Key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough screenings of Premium and VIP patronsProcessing and presenting Know Your Customer (KYC) applications and VIP upgrade applications based on completed checksContribute to building and maintaining of processes to support policy and process changeAssisting front line teams with compliance related questions and queriesProviding guidance to the business in accordance to internal and external policies, always ensuring compliance. Delivering outstanding service to internal stakeholders with a customer centric approach, whilst ensuring compliance. Handling last-minute requests with ease and efficiency.
Working closely with the Sales and Operations teams, business leaders,SkyCity Financial Crime and Host Responsibility teams to achieve best results. Upholding a strong commitment to following procedures while maintaining a pragmatic approach and the ability to challenge when necessary. Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and customers. The role is primarily based during standard business hours Monday to Friday, but due to the nature of the role and the size of the team, you may be required to rotate and cover weekends.
