Mō te Tūranga | About the RoleAre you someone who can light up a room and inspire others to grow? As a Learning and Development Facilitator at SkyCity, you'll lead, co-ordinate, and deliver engaging learning experiences that support on-boarding, front-line capability, leadership development, and compliance training. This role blends facilitation expertise with impactful training delivery, creating inclusive environments where creativity thrives and learning leads to real-world results. You'll be a key driver in building a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across our organisation.

You'll be vibrant, energetic, and know how to captivate an audience and you'll also bring the following:
