Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and articulate Business Development Executive to join our team, working exclusively for our partner Agency Handy. In this role, you will be responsible for handling new sign-ups, conducting product demos, maintaining pipeline reports, and driving revenue for Agency Handy’s Client Portal and CRM platform. Key Responsibilities Follow up on new sign-ups and inquiries Conduct live product demonstrations for potential clients Manage and update the CRM pipeline and generate performance reports Align with internal teams to support conversion and retention goals Drive new business and upselling opportunitiesWork Schedule Full-time, on-site position Shifts:
Morning (10 AM – 7 PM), Evening (3 PM – 1 AM), Night (8 PM – 6 AM) – 1-hour break Shifts are roster-based and aligned with company needs and candidate availabilityQualifications Strong communication and presentation skills in English Experience in lead generation, client handling, or sales preferred Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus Ability to communicate effectively with clients, understand their needs in detail, and maintain a relationship built on trust and consistent follow-ups. Strong focus on following SOPs, keeping tasks up to date, and taking initiative to solve problems before they escalate. Salary:
