About The RoleWe’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Content Creator to support our in-house creative team across content production, post-production, and creative operations.

You’ll work closely with senior creatives and directors to bring ideas to life - from setting up gear on shoots to editing footage and supporting asset management and design updates. Your ResponsibilitiesVideo Production & FilmingAssist with setting up and operating production equipment (cameras, lighting, audio, grip gear)Support shoot prep, including gear organisation and troubleshooting on setCapture footage for various formats (interviews, branded content, social media, etc.

)Work under the guidance of experienced directors who are committed to mentoringPost-Production SupportPerform assembly edits of interviews, case studies, branded content, social clips, and moreApply basic colour correction using LUTs or under direction from the post teamSupport with audio cleanup and enhancement (training provided if needed)Manage media ingest, backups, file organisation, and version control under guidancePrepare final deliverables for web, social, or broadcast - following internal workflowCreative Assistant TasksSupport the creative team with day-to-day operations and file managementSource, organize, and manage visual assets (logos, fonts, templates, imagery)Update templates with new content (copy, images, credits)Assist with packaging files for delivery to internal and external stakeholdersProvide hands-on support during production sprints or shoot daysLight Design WorkHelp assemble basic graphic layouts for presentations, internal documents, or eventsOccasionally assist with layout updates in Adobe InDesign or IllustratorPrep images and design assets for use in video and social contentOpen to learning or refining basic design skills — training and mentoring availableCollaboration & Team SupportWork directly with our Creative Director, Art Director, Production Manager, and broader teamTake direction, implement feedback, and iterate effectivelyHelp maintain structured, well-organised creative workflowsContribute to a positive, supportive, and learning-focused team cultureWhat We’re Looking ForEssential Skills & ExperienceExperience with camera operation and video productionFamiliarity with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci ResolveInterest in audio and post-production processesStrong organisational and file management skillsAbility to troubleshoot and problem-solve during shootsBonus SkillsExperience with Blackmagic or Sony FX3/FX6 cinema camerasBasic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoshopExperience with templated workflows and asset preparationPrevious work supporting a creative team or managing creative projectsThe Kind Of Person We'd Love To Work WithEnthusiastic about filming, editing, and making great contentProactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learnComfortable working both independently and as part of a teamStrong communication and collaboration skillsWillingness to assist with creative housekeeping, asset organisation, and team supportWhy Join Us?You’ll be part of a highly collaborative creative team that’s constantly producing and pushing the quality of our content.
