📍 Location: Ukraine (Remote or Office-Based)✨ About the RoleWe are seeking a highly creative and experienced Slot Game Artist to join our dynamic art team. This role is crucial in defining the visual identity of our next-generation slot games, from initial concepts to final polished assets. You will be instrumental in creating visually stunning and engaging artwork that captivates players in the competitive iGaming market. A strong foundation in traditional 2D art principles, coupled with proven expertise in AI-assisted workflows, is essential.🌟 Key ResponsibilitiesArt Creation & ExecutionCreate a full range of high-quality 2D assets for slot games, including:Symbols (high/low value, Wilds, Scatters, Bonus symbols)Backgrounds and EnvironmentsCharacter Art and Concept SketchesLogos and Marketing MaterialsDesign and finalize User Interface (UI) elements such as buttons, meters, pop-ups, and game screens, ensuring consistency with the overall theme and optimal User Experience (UX).Prepare and export assets for animation and integration into the game engine, collaborating closely with animators and developers.Maintain a cohesive and high-quality art style throughout the entire project lifecycle, following art direction and technical requirements.AI Integration & Workflow OptimizationUtilize AI image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Leonardo AI) to rapidly prototype concepts, explore art styles, and create initial asset drafts.Master prompt engineering techniques to achieve specific aesthetic results that align with the game's vision.Integrate AI-generated elements seamlessly into the final production pipeline, including manual refinement, retouching, and detail work in Photoshop.Stay up-to-date with the latest AI tools and techniques to identify opportunities for efficiency and creative enhancement within the art workflow.✅ Essential Qualifications3+ years of professional experience as a 2D Artist in the iGaming/Slots industry is a mandatory requirement.Strong, current portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating high-quality slot game art (characters, symbols, backgrounds, and UI).Proven experience with AI generation tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.) and the ability to leverage them in a production environment.Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and a graphic tablet.Excellent understanding of fundamental art principles: composition, color theory, lighting, and anatomy.Ability to work effectively across different artistic styles, from casual and stylized to realistic/photobash.Experience in preparing assets for animation (e.g., knowledge of asset hierarchy, clean layering).➕ Desirable Skills (Will be a strong plus)Proficiency in animation software (e.g., Spine 2D or Adobe After Effects).Familiarity with 3D modeling/rendering software (e.g., Blender, Maya) for concepting or asset creation.Experience with fine-tuning AI models (like LoRA or DreamBooth) to adhere to a specific company art style.Familiarity with game development pipelines and technical constraints (e.g., asset optimization for mobile/HTML5).Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
