Provide excellent guest service. Handle and settle complaints of players. Verify and pay off jackpots. Reset slot machines after payoffs. Make repairs or adjustments to slot machines or recommend removal of slot machines for repair. Report hazards and enforce safety rules.Responsibilities And DutiesResponsible for ensuring high quality service levels for the Slot Department.Supervise Slot attendants.Promotes Play Maverick, players card usage, and new enrollments.Promotes casino events and promotions to players.Ensures Slot Attendants are educated and trained on all relevant slot operational and marketing activities.Interact and communicate well with Colorado Division of Gaming.Knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws (federal, state, etc.) and attendant regulations as well as the Company’s internal controls, policies and procedures.Assist in coving shifts for Call Outs, PTO, etc. for Slot staff and Slot Managers (who also perform Manager on Duty responsibilities).Ensure proper orientation and training of all Slot procedures.Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures.Patrol assigned areas to ensure that players are following rules and that machines are functioning correctly.Approve slot vouchers for payouts as required.Monitor operational quality or safety.Monitor patron activities to identify problems or potential problems.Verbal & aesthetically pleasing communication skills.Perform related and/or other duties as required.Salary: $24 - $28 per hourCandidates will be considered for three days. Post expires 11/7/2025RequirementsCollege degree or equivalent education/experience preferred.Must obtain a Key Colorado Gaming License (application must be submitted within 1 month of starting the position).Title 31 training.SPECIFIC SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES REQUIRED:Positive attitude, self motivated, leads by example, and supports company/departmental goalsExcellent verbal and written communication skills required.Excellent customer service skills a must.Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and the Internet.Solid organizational, time-management and prioritization skills.Must work well in stressful, high-pressured situations.Honesty and Integrity.Salary Description$24.00 - $28.00 / hr
