We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow, and Succeed.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and execution of technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.Coordinate with stakeholders to define project priorities, scope, goals, and deliverables.Establish and manage project timeline, resource allocation, vendors, and budgets, proactively identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and performance metrics.Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes by implementing best practices and methodologies using waterfall or agileMentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.Maintain project artifacts from initiating to post implementation phaseQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field from a reputable university.Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, with a strong foundation in software or product development.Proven experience in successfully managing 3–4 end-to-end IT software/product development projects.At least 2–3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in the insurance industry, preferably in life insurance.Solid understanding of life insurance products and operations.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
