FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGEMENT• Overall Guest Experience/Impression Management• Guest Entry System (Queuing/Security Set-up/ Event Personnel)• Ticket Booth and Turnstile Operations (in coordination with SM Tickets)• Gate Control Management (Main gates and Portal Door)• Facility Maintenance and Sanitation • Frontline Management (Guest Liaison Personnel)• Management of Premier Floor (3rd Floor) Concierge Management• VIP Guest Experience/Impression Management• VIP Guest Entry System (Queuing/Security Set-up/ Event Personnel)
