Job Purpose: Responsible in ensuring that all processes are executed appropriately and in a timely manner; act as a subject matter expert and escalation point to resolve issues and continuously looks for improvements in operational processes and designs and implements those initiatives; streamline work processes to provide quality services; and optimizes the contribution of the team through coaching, counseling and implements workable solutions to business issues/problems with minimum referral to management. Responsibilities:
Prepare work-flow analysis as to number of employees, basic pay and SSS, HDMF, SLA contribution and loan amortizationReview monthly report on membership contribution and loan amortization of employees for SSS, HDMF and Philhealth and ensure that totals reconcile with the payroll register. Ensure that all reports of the contribution and/or loan amortization of SSS and HDMF are sent thru eGov Chinabank by the 10th of the following month.
Coordinate with Government Agencies to ensure timely compliance to new rules and regulationsReview consolidated monthly contribution list and loan amortization of employees (executives to project employees) for SSS, HDMF and Philhealth before forwarding different companies. Transmit list of SSS, HDMF and Philhealth contribution list and loan via eGov Chinabank Encompasses the tasks of recruitment, management, and providing ongoing support and direction to all the employees within the team. These tasks includes compensation, hiring, performance management, safety, wellness, benefits, employee motivation, communication, administration, and training for overall talent development and for the best interest of the company.
Participates as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in any training program development and/or implementation, which requires the specific technical and/or soft skills of the job to contribute in the development of talents within the organization.
