To assist in managing social media channels of SM Food court in order to maintain a good relationship with digital & creative agencies and sponsors which will help in the attainment of food court business strategies and objectives.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESRESEARCH - management of social media properties; research market trends, competitors & consumer behavior relative to social media & food; support for sponsorship acquisition for digital promos; tap and coordinate with potential sponsors for digital promosMARKETING ACTIVITIES - digital games/promos; content calendar; social media management (daily post, response, engagement, local store marketing, digital coverage for launch & re-launch of new and renovated branches; assist Marketing Manager in conceptualizing digital / local store promos and activities; coordinate with different digital agenciesADMINISTRATIVE - processing payables & sponsorship receivables; creation & monitoring of budget related documentation; gathering and consolidation of data & reports from digital agencies & branchesOPERATIONS SUPPORT - tenant support; branch support and coordination; coordinate & follow-up with tenants for projects; coordinate and ensure projects are implemented at branch level; constant communication with branches for needed supportINTERNAL RELATION - branch Roll-out; coordination with other departments at mall level; ensure mall support for campaigns in all branches; establish and maintain good relationship with other departments at mall levelEXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTSWith at least 3 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, PR or DigitalGraduate of any 4-year degree course in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising, or similarProficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
)Strong and confident communicator, great interpersonal skills, team playerWORK LOCATIONCandidates must be willing to be assigned in the Head Office - MOA Square, Pasay City.
