Responsibilities include preparing employee monthly work and on-call schedule by providing appropriate and adequate coverage Sunday to Saturday, 6am to 2am. This position is also responsible for leading initiatives to support and improve the overall client experience with our emergency service. Will work closely with the financial services department to make sure charges and payments are being captured and recorded correctly by the Emergency/Critical Care front desk team. In addition, processing and delivering client messages to medical staff so communication flows efficiently. This is a working supervisor position and will be scheduled within the shift rotations to augment services provided by the emergency front desk.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And/or Competencies Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service, in a calm, professional manner, during challenging circumstances Considerable knowledge of bookkeeping procedures; as well as the ability to make complex and arithmetic computations and tabulations accurately and rapidly Ability to maintain effective collaborative relationships with faculty, staff, students, clients, and other stakeholders Successful utilization of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook. Assist in triage of patients, when needed, to determine level of care needed by restraining, clipping fur, providing medical instruments/machines and assisting in the completion of patient profile information.
