You will join a close-knit and busy team of Claims Specialists, where you will be responsible for providing our customers with an exceptional experience during claims time. You will play a key role in delivering our purpose of "We care, we help, and we get things sorted" when our customers need it most.What You Will Be DoingReporting to the Technical Claims Team Leader, you will primarily be responsible for answering incoming calls, with your expert knowledge and guidance allowing you to effectively and expertly manage a customer's claim from beginning to end. We deal with a variety of business customers, which means there will always be diversity in the claims you will manage.
