Small Plant Operator

We are seeking two Small Plant Operators to join our Nelson Mowing Team, on a 3 month fixed term basis due to the increase in grass growth over the Spring and Summer seasons!Reporting to the Team Manager you will be responsible for general green space maintenance across multiple sites in the Nelson area. While your role is primarily edging (on a weed eater), there is the possibility of doing training and filling in on a mower operation for the right candidate, you will also be involved in helping the team with planting, weeding, and spraying, whilst making sure things are kept safe for the public, your team, and yourself.This role doesn’t just apply to edging as you might get asked to support the wider team so you must be eager to get involved with all tasks!Who We Are Looking ForIdeally, we would love someone who has practical experience with small plant equipment or has experience in a similar role. You'll have an awesome work ethic, with a passion for working outdoors and getting stuck in then you would be a perfect candidate.
