Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the companySource candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referralsConduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the company cultureManage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptanceDevelop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partnersConduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding processDevelop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and increase employee satisfactionHandle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on HR policies and proceduresMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databasesStay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment and employee relations processesCollaborate with other HR team members on various projects and initiatives as neededRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or Professional Qualification in HRM2-3 years of experience in recruitment and employee relations, preferably in a fast-paced environmentStrong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build relationships and collaborate with various stakeholdersKnowledge of HR laws and regulationsExperience with HRIS and other HR softwareStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretion
