What You'll DoCollaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategiesSource potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networkingScreen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit with company cultureCoordinate and schedule onsite interviews with hiring managersManage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interview coordination, and offer negotiationMaintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openingsEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisitionWhat We're Looking ForProven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar roleStrong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processesExperience in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build relationships with hiring managers and candidatesStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and handle multiple prioritiesBachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferredWhat we offer:
