About the job As an Office and People & Culture Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in both the daily office operations and the employee experience lifecycle. This position blends hands-on support with proactive coordination across HR and admin functions, helping to ensure our people and culture thrive as we grow. What You Will Do: People & Culture (HR) Support Assist with recruitment: job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation and access rights are properly managed. Maintain and update employee records (staff lists, birthdays, health insurance, etc. ).
Coordinate new hire intro sessions and required paperwork. Handle registration and proper documentation of HR-related files and forms. Office & Admin Support Provide daily administrative support to managers and teams. Coordinate internal and external meetings, travel arrangements, and office events. Manage mail, deliveries, and office supplies; greet and assist visitors. Support document flow (scanning, uploads, registry entries, etc. ). Help with ad hoc tasks and maintain smooth office operations. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and care. What you need to succeed: Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, office coordination, or admin. Strong communication and organizational skills.
Quick to adapt and take ownership. Confident with MS Office and digital tools. Excellent time management and attention to detail. Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
