SME Credit Analytic Officer

Position DescriptionSME Credit Analytic Officer reviews all SME credit applications to ensure that the credit risk onboarded is within the bank's risk appetite.‍DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY‍Review and recommend the SME credit application.To maintain good quality on credit evaluation and impose appropriate risk mitigations.To ensure all information in the credit memo is accurate and maintain prompt turnaround in process time.Do a site visit for some suspicious case or as required by the direct manager/CC.Provide coaching and training to credit analysts.Provide training to branch whenever suggested by the learning and development departmentCooperate with the head of the department and the credit manager to solve any issues in the team.Other tasks required by the head of the department and division.‍QUALIFICATIONAt least 2 years of experience in credit or lending with a bank or MFI.Bachelor's degree in business or finance and banking.English language is workable.Good personality/communication/teamwork.Can travel to the province for site visits to the customer's business.Can work under pressure.‍How To ApplyInterested and qualified applicants should submit your updated Cover Letter and CV stating the position applied for with your current photo (4x6) through hr@canadiabank.com.kh‍
