Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Analyze and evaluate financial statements of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to assess creditworthiness.Conduct in-depth studies of financial data .Collaborate with the credit team to develop and implement credit policies and procedures.Monitor and review existing credit facilities to ensure compliance and performance.Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support lending strategies.Prepare comprehensive credit reports and presentations for management review.Assess and mitigate risks associated with lending to SMEs.Engage with clients to gather necessary documentation and clarify financial information.Collaborate with sales teams to support business development efforts while ensuring credit risk management.Conduct periodic reviews of credit policies to enhance operational efficiency.Participate in training and development sessions to continuously improve credit analysis skills.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk, Business Administration or a related field.2 to 4 years of experience in credit analysis, preferably in the financing sector.Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
