This role is crucial in steering our business deposit portfolio and delivering business-friendly banking solutions to our business banking clients, with a focus on the Micro and SME (MSME) segment.Portfolio Growth: Drive the growth of the MSME deposit portfolio, ensuring the achievement of targets through campaigns and customer segment targeting.Micro-SME Acquisition Strategy: Develop strategies to serve the MSME segment, tailoring features and services to support their growth.Market Benchmarking and Analysis: Identify key market opportunities and trends, analyse the opportunities to serve, and perform deep dive research to validate hypotheses on solutions that can address the opportunities.Financial Product Development: Collaborate with tech product and software engineering teams to design and enhance business deposit products that cater to MSME customers.Close Engagement with Risk, Compliance and Data team: Work with the Risk, Compliance, and Data team to provide input during the conceptualisation of new deposit features and campaigns, ensuring alignment with the bank’s policies while enabling the necessary data pipeline.Partnership Development: Work on new partnerships with external partners to grow the deposit customer base and expand market reach.Collaboration: Work closely with other teams in the bank including operations, legal, customer service, design, reporting and marketing to ensure a seamless deposit onboarding journey and program launches.The Must HavesBachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.5 - 7 years of experience in MSME or business banking, with a focus on deposit and/or customer onboarding.Experience in digitalising user journey is a plus.Proven ability to manage a deposit portfolio and develop go-to-market strategies.Strong financial analysis skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
