Epassi is awarded by the Financial Times as one of the fastest growing companies in Europe.Epassi expands outside of the Nordics!We have recently acquired the UK's largest health and fitness network Incorpore, leading Italian corporate welfare and employee benefits company Eudaimon as well two of the leading corporate fitness companies in Western Europe, Hansefit in Germany & BFNL in Netherlands.As a Sales Executive, you play a key role in expanding our product across the Swedish SME market.The Swedish SME market (50–200 employees) includes approximately 25,000–30,000 companies, offering a large potential for Epassi’s continued expansion in the private sector. With a realistic conversion rate of 20% for well-qualified leads and strong brand awareness, this role offers both scale and opportunity for tangible impact.This role is a fixed term role for 1 year with a start in December 2025.Your Mission At EpassiAs a Sales Executive focused on the SME segment, you will play a vital role in driving Epassi’s growth in the private sector. Your mission is to identify, engage, and win new customers - helping companies discover the value of Epassi’s complete suite of employee benefit solutions. You’ll be the engine of new business, turning opportunities into lasting partnerships and contributing directly to our ambitious growth targets.Your Responsibilities Will BeProactively identify and acquire new customers within the private SME segment (50–200 employees).Manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting, lead generation, and qualification to needs analysis, solution presentation, negotiation, closing, and handover to Customer Success.Work with Epassi’s consultative sales methodology (Miller Heiman) to deliver value-based solutions tailored to each client’s needs.Collaborate closely with Marketing to convert inbound leads and execute targeted outbound campaigns.Engage decision-makers such as HR Managers, HR Directors, Payroll Managers, Sustainability Managers, and CEOs.Participate in events and initiatives to strengthen Epassi’s brand and market presence.Maintain commercial ownership of new customers during the first year to ensure onboarding success and identify upsell opportunities.You'll Be Successful In This Role, If YouAre a proactive and driven hunter who thrives on building new relationships and winning business.Feel energized by reaching out, creating opportunities, and closing deals.Conduct 8–10 customer meetings per week (both inbound and outbound) to ensure a strong pipeline aligned with set targets.Have strong communication and influencing skills, and enjoy working consultatively with clients.Are self-motivated, structured, and eager to grow in a high-performing sales environment.Enjoy working in a collaborative culture where learning, feedback, and success are shared.What You'll Be DoingYou’ll spend your days connecting with potential customers - understanding their challenges, uncovering needs, and matching them with the right Epassi solutions.You’ll work strategically with marketing-driven inbound leads and your own outbound initiatives to build a solid pipeline and deliver consistent results.With Epassi’s strong brand and product offering behind you, you’ll be empowered to make a real business impact.What You Should BringAt least 1 year of proven experience in B2B sales or successful appointment setting.Experience in HR, SaaS, or education sectors is highly valued.Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into tailored value propositions.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience in HubSpot or other CRM systems is a plus.A consultative, curious, and goal-oriented mindset.Your Language ProfileSwedish at least C1 and English at least B2.Your Track RecordDocumented results in exceeding sales and activity targets.Experience building and managing your own sales pipeline.Demonstrated success in approaching and engaging new customers.Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams.Your Competency ProfileDrive for Results: You take ownership, set ambitious goals, and consistently deliver high performance.Prospecting: You have a hunter mindset — you enjoy opening doors, identifying leads, and turning interest into business.Consultative Selling: You understand customer needs, ask the right questions, and present solutions that create measurable value.Communication: You build trust quickly and tailor your message to different stakeholders.Collaboration: You work seamlessly with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure customer success.Learning Agility: You are curious, open to feedback, and continuously develop your sales skills and business understanding.Why you should work with us...Be part of a fast-growing international company with a meaningful mission: Boosting everyday wellbeing.
