If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.What You’ll Do Set strategies to reach overall company goals and managing, training & focusing sales teams towards those goals and vision of company in assigned region (İstanbul) Lead digital transformation projects to increase efficiency and effectiveness of SME Base customers in assigned region (İstanbul) Design workflows and manage sales organizations & partners by KPI criteria prepared by company and executing them by considering profitability objectives of sales organization in assigned region (İstanbul) Manage base sales executives within his/her territory Be responsible for ensuring the executives and their respective sales markets meet and exceed all sales, operational and performance objectives by providing training, development and coaching Set the sales strategies within the assigned territory in line with company sales and overall strategies Ensure that the assigned sectors and customers are fully utilized in terms of Vodafone products and services (i.e., mobile, fixed and solutions) Work closely with solution sales teams to generate sales opportunities in base customers Ensures sales teams are motivated and that accounts and opportunities are allocated to maximize revenue growth Ensures diversity and attrition targets within sales teams are met Guarantees team’s compliance with Sales methods & tools (i.e., SFDC quality) to ensure alignment with other teams and functionsWho You Are University degree Experience in Telecommunication sector and sales (especially in the field of fixed solutions) Min. 4+ years experience in sales Ability to think strategically and drive transformational sales programmes for the team Good negotiation skills Very good written and verbal communication skills both in English Able to deal with a rapidly changing environment and able to lead change where necessary Capable of working for projects in a matrix-organisationNot a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
