ResponsibilitiesHandle the logistics operations smoothly (including but not limited to unloading/unboxing for the inbound shipment, to perform order verification). To ensure in/outbound shipment compliance with customs regulations. Responsible for handling in/outbound operation arrangementPrepare shipping documents including AWB/booking, packing list, invoices, etc. Track delivery status and resolve shipping-related issues. Monitor and follow up on abnormal shipments, such as received in shortages, damaged upon receipt, etc. Liaise with Accounting Department to ensure timely paymentCollaborate with internal departments for shipping scheduled orders and urgent requestsCoordinate shipments with local and international carriers for quotation, shipping arrangements, special requirements, etc.
