Job Description

Location: In-office/Non-remote in Maryville, TNThe Recruiting Coordinator will support Senior Recruiters and Talent Acquisition efforts for the company.

Education and ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or Human Resources preferred0-2 years Recruiting experience preferredMinimum of 1-year administrative experience is requiredExperience with ADP Vantage and ADP Recruiting Management preferredFamiliarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel requiredCompetencies and SkillsHighly motivated to performBrand champion and ambassador for the companyStrong team player who takes the initiative to collaborate within HR team and the business to drive results with focus on continuous improvement and ability to drive an outstanding signature candidate experienceExcellent interpersonal and communication skills requiredDemonstrated ability to be empathetic; specifically, as it relates to the candidate experienceStrong attention to detailAbility and desire to learn and assist with the implementation of new ideasEssential Duties And ResponsibilitiesThe accountabilities may include, but are not limited to the items noted below, and other activities as assigned.

Take proactive steps to ensure candidates have a great experience as part of the recruiting and hiring processTrack candidates throughout the life cycle of the recruiting and hiring process with the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Process candidate expenses and ensuring compliance to travel guidelinesSupport and assist in executing the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources, as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas including, but not limited to social media and employment brandingMaintain updates and data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Manage the full life-cycle recruiting and administration process of converting temporary staffing agency employees to full time as well as seniority selection-based positionsArrange face to face interview arrangements and logistics between candidates and recruiters, managers, and interview teamsUse excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills to research, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to candidate inquiries and other similar projects assigned by the Talent Acquisition teamAttract applicants by placing job advertisements both online and by creating physical paper job postings and posting themCoordinate administrative details on behalf of Talent Acquisition to other business units within the organizationParticipate in campus recruiting efforts when necessaryManage the internal job posting process (physical paper postings and postings on Bright Author)Manage new hire orientation materials including complimentary product bagsManage job descriptions in the Recruitment Management databaseRegularly follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process and maximize effectiveness of recruitment processActively participate in all recruiting related activities and engage in cross functional projectsManage sensitive and confidential matters regarding employees and candidates, organizational changes, planning and protecting the security of information, data and filesDemonstrate depth and breadth of understanding of company policy and process related to new hires, leaves of absence, benefits, job opportunities and all areas of HR and the business.

May be exposed to excessive noise, temperatures, hazards associated with working around moving machinery, work in confined quarters, exposure to vibrations and shop lighting, continuous exposure to hot temperatures, may be humid, odors, dust, continuous exposure to mechanical hazards, and occasional exposure to chemical hazards.
