Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables: Implementation of set internal financial controls, policies and proceduresImplementation of financial risk management & controlsEnsure all transactions are recorded accuratelyOTIF payment of salaries, wages, transport, reimbursement of claims and statutory paymentsTimely preparation and sharing of correct, complete and accurate invoices & statement of accountsBudget monitoring and implementation including preparation of the budgetEnsure adherence to Ethiopia financial and tax compliances including filing of tax returnsManagement and control of cash-flows and working capitalAccurate and timely of financial management reportsStakeholder management that includes internal staff, client finance and procurementMinimum Qualifications: Degree / MBA in Finance, Accounting or EconomicsMinimum Experience:

2-3 years Financial Management experience in retail/FMCGKnowledge, Skills & Abilities: Communication skills (verbal & written)Interpersonal skillsSolid understanding of accounting principlesKnowledge of local statutory legislation and regulationsMust include knowledge of Excel and proficiency in an accounting program or systemTime managementOrganization skills#EA
