Responsibilities include;Conduct initial intro calls, write detailed notes, and coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and debrief sessionsLeverage your tech industry knowledge and experience to drive decision makingDrive talent branding initiatives, including events and content creation to attract top-tier engineering talent. Develop recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates by using specialized networking tools. RequirementsIdeal Candidate should have at least 2 years of technical recruiting or sales experienceAbility to effectively manage and prioritize a high-volume requisition workloadExcellent communication and presentation skills Must enjoy interacting and talking to candidates and clientsExperience using CRM systems & Computer applications Succeed in a fast-paced environment.
